Most universities require a minimum band score of 6.0 to 7.0 for undergraduate and graduate programs. However, the exact score varies by institution and course. We can help you achieve the score you need through tailored preparation.

The IELTS exam lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Listening: 30 minutes
  • Reading: 60 minutes
  • Writing: 60 minutes
  • Speaking: 11–14 minutes (can be on the same day or within a week)

IELTS is scored on a scale from 1 to 9 in each of the four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). The overall band score is the average of your individual scores.

IELTS scores are valid for 2 years from the test date. After 2 years, your results may no longer be accepted by universities, employers, or immigration authorities.
